Como Peaks Cabin

Picture your group gathering in a custom built cabin perched on the ridge line of Lost Horse Hill, taking in the unobstructed views of the Bitterroot Valley in every direction. This is Como Peaks Cabin. You’ll be surrounded by 30 acres of unspoiled Montana privacy while outside of the cabin, and you’ll be spoiled by the long list of thoughtful amenities provided while you are inside this special home.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels in this approximately 1,500 square foot cabin. The master bedroom is located upstairs in the loft with a king size bed and a private bathroom. One bedroom on the main level features a queen sized bed and the second main level bedroom features two twin beds. The main level bedrooms share the main level bathroom.

The high vaulted ceilings create a large open space that is ideal for gathering with your group, and floor to ceiling windows open the south end of the great room to spectacular views of Como Peaks, one of the iconic views of the Bitterroot Mountain Range.

A cozy gas fireplace adds charm and warmth for chilly nights and winter visits while central air conditioning keeps the cabin cool during warm stretches of the summer.

The kitchen is perfect with all new appliances and provisions including a high-end dual-fuel range, refrigerator and dishwasher, and if you need to run a load of laundry you’ll find an amazing front-load washer and dryer for your use.

There’s an extra deep wrap-around covered deck that provides lots of room for enjoying the outdoors while taking in the spectacular views, and a nice flat lawn area for the kids to enjoy while you relax.

And if you need to keep in touch during your Montana visit the cabin offers WiFi and Dish Network satellite TV, and cell service is available from providers offering service in this part of Montana.

The cabin is located just minutes from the Lost Horse area of the Bitterroot National Forest with scenic drives, hiking, trout filled streams, and gorgeous lakes to be explored. The town of Hamilton is a quick 10 minute drive from the cabin and the charming historic town of Darby is also about 10 minutes away. This location is the perfect mix of privacy, scenery, and access to town and recreation.
