Her Approach

She believes every property and every owner are different, and that thoughtful, personal care matters.

Her Roots

Amy has lived in the Bitterroot Valley since 1996 and knows the area, people, and properties well.

For more than 30 years, Amy Sage has cared for Bitterroot Valley properties with detail and heart.

How SweetSageMT Began

A local business built through experience, family life, and a genuine love for caring for properties.

SweetSageMT began in 1999, when Amy Sage opened her own SweetSage Guest House, the Bitterroot Valley’s first vacation rental home. What started as a way to remain mostly at home while raising her three children gradually grew into managing other nearby properties as well.

Today, Amy is a licensed and insured property manager serving a wide range of vacation homes, long-term rentals, and absentee-owner properties. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational skill, and hands-on approach, helping owners protect and care for their investments with confidence.

Now that her children are grown, Amy still enjoys the work she built—along with daily hikes with her dog, occasional travel, and time spent in the Bitterroot Valley she knows so well.

What Guides Her Work

Amy believes good property management starts with attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care for every home she oversees. Her thoughtful, personal approach is rooted in the understanding that every property and every owner are different, and that protecting an investment well means showing up with consistency, responsiveness, and respect.
