Once June arrives in the Bitterroot Valley it's festival time! It seems like every week there's another fun community event, festival, farmer's market or fair. These are the activities that visitors to the area just love, and people get such a kick out of experiencing small town Montana at these gatherings.
The Bitterroot Brewfest, hosted the Bitterroot Valley Chamber of Commerce, offers live music and craft beer in downtown Hamilton, Montana. Sample great brews from throughout the northwest as well as ciders, meads and great food. Located at 2nd and Bedford in Hamilton from 3pm to 10pm. $20 buys your commemorative glass and 5 beer tickets, with additional tickets for only $1 and 6 tickets for $5. There are several food vendors available during the afternoon and evening. Come taste some of the best brews in Montana! |

The popular Bitterroot Celtic Games and Gathering draws in over 3,000 spectators every August. Enjoy events like dance contests, highland games, pipe and drum performances, live music, and great food. The schedule of events is chock full with dance competitions, highland games, and pipe and drum contest. Vendors specialize in crafts, music, and food. Join the fun on Saturday from 9am-10pm (free after 7pm) or Sunday from 9am-4pm at the historic Marcus Daly Mansion grounds, located at 251 Eastside Highway in Hamilton Montana. |

From the Parade of Lights to the traditional Tree Lighting Ceremony this is a holiday event to please everyone. Come to Montana for the annual Christmas in Hamilton Celebration. Join Hamilton in celebrating the Christmas season with a traditional Lighting of the Tree Ceremony. Take a carriage ride, visit shops and warm up next to the burning barrels. The Hard Times Bluegrass Festival is hosted the trees 10 miles south of Hamilton. With 10 great bands, food on site and a family friendly atmosphere. Bands start at 12 noon and end around 10pm. Lots of family fun in a beautiful location. Admission is $15 for the weekend, kids under 12 are $7 for the weekend, Sunday only tickets are $10, camping is just $15 for the weekend. |

Enjoy all the sweet and tart goodies that Apple Day has to offer, and then join us for a relaxing and refreshing evening under the stars! The Ravalli County Fair and Rockin` RC Rodeo is held annually over Labor Day weekend. This is the best Family Friendly Fair in Western Montana, and we are happy to offer all arena events, including nightly rodeos at no additional cost. Parking is always free.
